327 - Tinfoil Makes for the Best Hats
There’s a bar here in Austin that just opened up recently that is a board game and all around nerdery themed experience called Vigilante. It is amazing. My wife & I had went there over the weekend, played a few games that we’d never played and generally enjoyed the ambiance. All of the details, from the steampunk atmosphere, to the hidden rooms behind bookshelves, to the pressing of a button labeled “Accio” that literally has unfolding lights above you to get the attention of the awesome servers. And beyond that, the food was good. If you end up in Austin, you should absolutely hit it up.
