98- Course Correction
July 20th is my son’s 1st birthday!!!!! Soon the Nerf battles and the LEGO building will happen. It’s only a matter of time.
Also- Early comic this week because my buddy Joshua & I are going to watch all three Nolan Batman movies. It starts at 6pm & goes until 3am tomorrow. It will be amazing! I know that these movie marathons in theaters have been going on for a little while (I’ve heard of cases happening from when the Lord of the Rings movies were coming out and they would play the Extended Editions before watching the next one that would premiere at midnight), but this will be the first one that I’ve attended. I DID partake in a LotR Extended Edition marathon just before one of my college roommates got married and all I remember about that day was that it was dark and VERY VERY long. I really love the movies, but over 12 hours was a bit much. Perhaps I’m just not committed enough...
A friend of mine wants to watch all 5 Star Wars movies (and for some reason he wants to precede them with some movie called “The Phantom Menace... not sure what that’s all about). I may try that out. It may actually be shorter than watching all 3 Lord of the Rings movies. Somehow.
