We may be coming to the end of an era with Andrew’s facial hair. I know that some people have been ready for that for quite some time now.
After much trepidation, I went ahead & preordered Destiny’s Taken King Expansion. I did it following Wil Wheaton’s Conversations with Creators and how they talked about their perspective on the game. I think it was the next day that Kotaku linked snippets from the Game Informer article that would tell us some of the really great changes that are going to be happening next month in Destiny. I won’t get into how stupid it is that one news agency did a precursor for an article that would be coming out on another news agency... I will, however, say that while some of the changes coming (doing away with Light levels & going with experience instead) will be somewhat contentious, I am very excited for what’s coming down the pipe in relation to the world(s) of Destiny. That having been said, the fact that all of my 365 weapons & swanky gear will essentially be useless in about a month, I’m pretty much not going to be playing the game at all in that time.
Oh well, it’ll leave more time to play Arkham Knight & Heroes of the Storm...
