274 - Birds Shouldn’t Litter Either

I snagged XCOM 2 the other day and it is, I would say from the few hours that I’ve played, an admirable sequel to the reboot from a few years ago. They kept pretty much all of the great stuff from the last game and added in a ton of fun other things. One of the things that I love about it is the customization isn’t wasted if you spent a long time making a character exactly how you want them to be. I say this because, in the previous game, you could spend a while on the (meager in comparison to the sequel) customization of a given character only to have them killed the next mission due to some random thing. In XCOM 2, you can customize characters to show up in each game and that time is not wasted. The first thing that I did, before even starting the campaign, was to make characters for my wife & myself. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out.
