I’ve been saying Clolthulhu’s last line in relation to Fury Road for quite some time and it just seemed fitting to pass it on here. Granted, I say that and I’m actually pretty excited to see the movie. I love the fact that all of the cars are practical effects. I love the way that the movie looks and how reminiscent it looks to the originals (yes, I know this one is by the dude who started the whole thing). I’m a big fan of both Tom Hardy & Charlize Theron, so I’m rather intrigued to see how their parts play out.
Really, it just seems that this will be a fun summer for movies. Avengers was great... this being the third week in a row where I’ve talked about it. Ant-Man looks pretty fun, despite how trepidatious I have been about it (it helps that Hank Pym isn’t the titular character). And then we’ve got Mad Max & Tomorrowland as well. It should be good times.
